99 Movie Review

Kudos to the directors Krishna and Raj for this brillent piece of work......its an eye opener for all those pumping millions in a movie for buying stars and marketing campaigns and coming out with movies like Chandni Chowk To China,Tashan etc......anyways thats a different issue and we can talk a lot about it later....99 is purely a director's flick doing full justification with a real good script... with no big star on the block obviously expectation was not very high and movie gives you joy like winning a sone ka neemboo from a 7'up bottle......not only direction and script but the casting of the movie was impeccable,entire atmosphere of the movie was very light and all have performed their part in a way it should have been performed.Kunal khemu was good but the biggest surprise or lets say it a gift of the movie was Cyrus Brocha, performed exceptionally well though he was not in lead but then its the subject leading the entire movie.....Soha's charecter didn't had too much to do but she showed that acting is their in her blood and irrespective of the size of the role she will give her best to it...Boman Irani and Vinod khanna are legends in this field so no point in saying anything extra about their performances...Mahesh Manjrekar and specially Amit Mistry were very good in their small parts.....Overall 99 is a worth watching movie with family n friends,a light comedy movie trying to show Delhi from a Mumbaikar's eyes......waiting for your next project Krishna and Raj......
